Brenda Yolanda Avila Brenda Yolanda Avila, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Brenda was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamps, Mexico but lived most of her life in Laredo. She worked for The Laredo Independent School District for about twenty years with Special-Ed children. She was a very friendly person and will be missed by her friends and her special children. Brenda is survived by her friends, Fred (Estela) Williams, Sergio (Lupita) Garay, Jovita Luna and numerous friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel.
