Jimmy B. Compton Jimmy B. Compton, “La Patona”, 76, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Compton is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Magdalena Compton. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Mary Luna) Compton, Juanita Michelle (Gilbert) Garcia, Lourdes Cecilia (Xavier Rubio) Compton, Jose Francisco (Nancy) Compton, Israel Ariel (Lourdes) Compton, Deborah Delissa Compton, Mark Anthony (Samantha) Compton, Jaime Ricardo Garcia, Mary Virginia Compton, Michael Joe (Gina) Compton, James Albert Compton, John Paul Compton, Jeffrey Thomas (Perla) Compton, Frank Gilbert (Michelle) Compton; sisters, Mary Jane Flores, Mabel Compton, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and brothers in law. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 8:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Air Force Honor Guard.
