Graciela Zertuche de Ramirez

Graciela Zertuche de Ramirez passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Ramirez was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Her favorite hobby was sewing dresses for her family. She will always be remembered for her cooking. Spending time with her good friends at the adult day care was one of her fondest activities. Her dedication to her family was without limits instilling strong family values and keeping the family together. Mrs. Ramirez will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Ramirez is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Ramirez Montemayor; parents, Bernardino Zertuche and Rebeca Flores; son-in-law Jose Coss. She is survived by her children San Juana (Jose†) Coss, Jose Horacio (Angelica) Ramirez, Yolanda (Israel) Garza, Maricela (Roberto) Garza, Javier (Maria de Lourdes) Ramirez, Guadalupe (Sergio) Ruiz, Graciela (Hugo) Sanchez; sister, Rebeca Zertuche de Garcia (Dr. Jose Garcia Gomez†). Mrs. Ramirez is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
