Feliz S. Adams Mrs. Feliz S. Adams, 97, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in Laredo, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Encinal, Texas on June 19, 1915 to Manuel and Ramona Soto. Mrs. Adams lived in Laredo, Texas for over 50 years. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16. Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Antonio Adams; sons, Adan Adams, Juanito Adams; parents, Manuel and Ramona Soto. She is also preceded by her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Tony (Gloria) Adams Jr. from Phoenix, Arizona , Alicia (Raul) Inocencio, Norberto Adams, Ernesto Adams, Adela (Rene) Cortez; 13 grandchildren, 17 great – grandchildren, 6 great- great – grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Family and friends wishing to attend, please meet at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Santa Fe Street, Encinal, Texas. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at family plot of the Encinal Cemetery, Encinal, Texas. Pallbearers will be: Raul Inocencio, Norberto Adams, Mario Cortez, Ernesto Adams, Raul Inocencio Jr. and Benito Martinez.
