San Juana “Janie” Mickley San Juana Mickley, 96, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Mickley is preceded in death by her loving husband, Johnny Mickley; parents, Alberto and Maria Garza; brothers, Alberto Garza Jr., Alfredo Garza, Horacio Garza, Osvaldo Garza; sister, Manuela Alicia Garza. She is survived by her son, Cornell (Sharon) Mickley; brothers, Alfonso (Isabel) Garza, Hector (Sylvia) Garza; granddaughters, Kennedy Mickley, Sydney Mickley; she is also survived by numerous relatives and friends. A rosary was recited on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation was held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, at 8:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
