Maria Altagracia “Grace” Perez It is with grieving and sorrowful heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Maria Altagracia “Grace” Perez, 91, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Perez is preceded in death by her loving husband, Roderick Perez; parents, Francisco and Fernanda Martinez; sisters, Maria de Jesus and Maria de los Angeles; brothers, Francisco, Ernesto, Manuel and Jacobo Martinez. She is survived by her children, Etelvina “Ethel” Perez, Lucy (Alfred L.)Wagner and Roy W. (Lydia)Perez; grandchildren, Alfred Wagner III, Robert Wagner, Mary E. Diacan, Roy W. Perez, Jr., Matthew Perez; great grandchildren, Hannah and Haydyn Wagner, Keoni, Rey-Rey and Precious Diacan, Evah and Ashlyn Wagner; siblings, Abelardo, Fernando, Balbina and Maria del Carmen as well as numerous relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Agustin Cathedral Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the City of Laredo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Roy W. Perez, Roy W. Perez, Jr., Matthew Perez, Alfred Wagner III, Robert Wagner and Carlos Hernandez.
