Eva B. Villarreal Eva B Villarreal passed away on Thursday October 31, 2013. Eva is preceded in death by her beloved husband Alejo Villarreal. She is survived by her daughters Sylvia (George Allen) Newsome Sr., Natalia (+Johnny) Garza, Norma (Javier) Saenz and grandchildren George Allen Newsome II, Henry Garza, Erica Perez, Natalia Garcia, , Connie Saenz, Brenda Saenz, Norma Saenz; (13) great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Pedro Botello and Natalio Gallegos The family will be receiving guests Friday, Nov.1, 2013, at Hillside Funeral Home, 310 Hillside Road Laredo Texas 78041; Visitation hours will be held from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. where a Holy rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.; Funeral Services will be Saturday, Nov.2, 2013 from the funeral home to St. Francis Cabrini Church, 3018 Davis Ave. Laredo, Texas 78040; Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Pallbearers: George Allen Newsome II, Henry Garza, George Allen Newsome Sr. ,Javier Saenz, Natalio Gallegos, Pedro Botello. "We little knew that morning God was to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone. For part of us went with you The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again."
