Charles Thomas Fowler Charles Thomas Fowler, 46, was called home to the angels after a long battle with illness on November 25, 2013 at Doctors Hospital in Laredo, TX. Charles Fowler was born in Conway, Arkansas, was a graduate of United High School in Laredo, TX, and attended University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR. At the time of his passing, Charles was the Assistant District Terminal Manager at Miswaco. Charles was also an active member of the Laredo Amateur HAM Radio Operators and was an enthusiast with his call sign W5CTF in which he would make contacts to other Radio Operators all over the world. Charles Fowler was an individual who could make anyone laugh and always had an ear and a shoulder to lean on. His heart was a spout of everlasting love and his memory will live on in not only in his family but in every person that had the privilege of coming in contact with his beautiful soul. He will be greatly missed and loved for many years to come. Charles is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Wells Martin; paternal grandmother, Elsie Truman Fowler. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Fowler; his two daughters, Elizabeth and Caitlin Fowler; parents, James and Mary Anna Fowler; sister, Jennifer Fowler-Nimchan; maternal grandmother, Mary Martin Pennington; paternal grandfather, Charles Winfred Fowler. He is also survived by various relatives in his home state of Arkansas and a few relatives in Zapata, TX. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the chapel.
