Herlinda B. Garza Herlinda B. Garza, 76, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 8, 2013 with her family by her side. Mrs. Garza is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Canuta De Llano Bautista. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Esteban Garza; children, Leonel “Leo” (Dora) Garza, Herlinda (Salathiel) Hale, Angelica “Angie” Garza (William) Mastin; granddaughters, Melissa (Moises) Mendoza, Veronica Garza (Matias) Ydrogo, III, Jessica (Gerardo “Jerry” Reyes Jr.) Garza; great grandchildren, Isaac D. Reyes, Abigail D. Reyes, Rebekah Ydrogo and Alessandra Mendoza. She is also survived by close family and friends. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be William Mastin, Matias Ydrogo, III, Gerardo “Jerry” Reyes, Jr., Moises Mendoza, Juan Enrique Villarreal and Alejandro “Alex” Villarreal. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Joaquin G. Cigarroa Jr. for the care and compassion he provided our mother and the entire family.
