Ms. Patricia Paez Pacheco Ms. Patricia Paez Pacheco, 61, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014 in Laredo, Texas. Whether it was spending time with her grandchildren, her family, her high school classmates and other dear friends, Ms. Pacheco found ways to make others feel special, valued and loved.
