Marcos Juarez, Sr. Marcos Juarez, Sr., 80, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Juarez worked for El Metro Transportation for 10 years as a bus driver. He will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio and Anita Juarez; his loving wife of 49 years, Francisca E. Juarez; son, Mario Juarez; and brother, Gregorio Juarez Jr. He is survived by his children, Marcos (Rosalinda) Juarez, Jr., Fernando (Rosalinda) Juarez, Thelma Juarez de Leon, Ricardo (Sara Alicia) Juarez, Rene (Rosario) Juarez, Alma (Raymond) Martinez,Ismael Juarez, Javier (Deborah) Juarez, Aida Juarez, Gilbert Juarez; 34 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters, Irma Rodriguez, Ofilia (Gregorio) Gonzalez, Yolanda Santos as well as numerous relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
