Eugenio Aguirre

Eugenio Aguirre Mr. Eugenio Aguirre, 89, went to be with our Lord in heaven on December 7, 2014. Born in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon on November 15, 1925, he moved to Nuevo Laredo to work for Banco Longoria and then worked for FMC Corporation, where he retired from. He was married to his loving wife, Angelina Pompa for 62 years. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Mr. Aguirre is preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio Aguirre Vasquez and Agustina Reyes; and daughter, Agustina A. Granado. He is survived by wife, Angelina Pompa Aguirre; his daughters, Estela Aguirre and Hilda Aguirre. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Angie Granado as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Jose Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Catholic Calvary Cemetery.
