Juan Antonio “Boy” Vigil Mr. Juan Antonio “Boy” Vigil passed away on June 27, 2015 at the age of 50. Boy graduated in 1986 from Martin High School. His hobbies included watching wrestling, collecting sports magazines, and cheering for the Alexander Bulldogs Basketball team. He loved listening to Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, Ritchie Valens and Bon Jovi. He was a proud uncle to his nephews and nieces. He liked shopping at Wal Mart and eating out at Danny’s Restaurant. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Boy is preceded in death by his father, Juan Antonio Vigil, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Antonio Serapio Vigil and Rita Molla; and maternal grandparents, Ramon and Maria R. Martinez. He is survived by his mother, Maria U. Vigil; sisters, Maria Ursula Martinez (Martin Irreta) and Alma Leticia (Luis) Valdez; nephews and nieces, Mario Alberto (Karen) Martinez, Ricardo Roberto (Melizza) Martinez, Juan Jose Martinez, Lisa Veronica Martinez, Alma Kristela Valdez, Luis Valdez Jr.; and grandnephew, Mario Alejandro Martinez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
