Cristina Kirkpatrick

Cristina Kirkpatrick passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. Cristina Kirkpatrick was born in El Higo, Veracruz, Mexico on January 7, 1940. Cristina was married to Joe Kirkpatrick on August 9, 1968. She became a U.S. citizen in 1976. Cristina was co-owner of Kirkpatrick Leather Company and the founder/president of Kelly’s Western Wear. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe W. Kirkpatrick. Cristina is survived by her children Rachel, Michael and Jason Kirkpatrick; her daughters in law Malex and Mandy Kirkpatrick; and her grandchildren Mikey, Isabella, Jonathan, Emilia, Joe and Sofia. She is also survived by "abuelita" Linda and her brothers and sisters Gabriel, Dalila, Paco, Linda, Juan, Pepe, Pili, Thomas, Mago, Jorge and Almita; all of her brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. All guests wishing to attend, please meet at the church. Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.
