Maria Luisa Villarreal

Maria Luisa Villarreal, 89, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Esteban Villarreal (now eternally together); parents, Tomas and Gregoria M. Gonzalez; brothers, Juan (Francisca) Gonzalez, Higinio Zeferino Gonzalez, Calixto Tomas Gonzalez Jr., Victor Pantaleon Gonzalez; sisters, Teresita de Jesus Gonzalez, Epifania (Rodolfo) Bustos, Celestina Esperanza (Juventino) Gonzalez; son, Guadalupe Victor Villarreal; and grandson, Alejandro Rene Garcia. Mrs.Villarreal is survived by her children, Armando Esteban Villarreal, Jose Alberto (Marina) Villarreal, Margarita Villarreal, and Luis Benito (Maria del Carmen) Villarreal; sister, Macaria Hortencia Shutts; sisters-in- law, Olga Gonzalez, Maria Matilde Gonzalez, and Alicia Gonzalez. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A prayer service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel.A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
