God’s plan has been fulfilled. Daniel Diaz, our father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to all he met has gone Home to Eternal Light. Surrounded by his children and grandchildren, our Dad slipped peacefully into Eternal Grace at Texans Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, July 17, 2017.
Daniel Diaz was married for 49 years to Olivia M. Diaz, the love of his life and had 4 children and 10 grandchildren whom he loved with great fervor and passion. He was the most humble and playful soul you would ever know, who’d take the shirt off his back for a poor stranger in need. Back in the 80’s he was known to all his CB radio buddies as “Blue Angel”. He loved music, family get togethers, and we had many celebrations with our “Blue Angel” and his CB Family.
Dad was also a strong force in his family who taught his children and grandchildren to work diligently without excuses and with all the passion in your heart.
Our strong force has gone Home but will live in love in our hearts and souls forever more. We miss you so much Dad but we know you’re always with us and have finally joined Mom, your sweet love whom you have missed so much. Until we meet again. We love you. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” Timothy 4:7.
