Alyssa Navaeh Lopez

Little did we know that God would call you, our beloved Alyssa Navaeh Lopez, to join him and all his angels in heaven on November 17, 2023. We have kept a prayerful watch and long journey throughout the years and now, although with hearts full of sorrow, we entrust you to God the Almighty Father as we hold your memory alive in our hearts forever.

She is preceded in death by maternal grandfather: Neil Durrance; paternal great-grandparents: Candido Lopez Nieto and Herminia Garcia Castillo, Nereo Olvera; maternal great-grandmother: Irma Vasquez; maternal great-grandfather: Ovidio Gutierrez.

Left behind to cherish her memory and celebrate her life are her parents: Noe Lopez Jr. and Jessica Louelle Durrance; sisters: Aubrey Nicole Lopez, Ava Noelle Lopez; paternal grandparents: Maria de los Angeles Olvera and Noe Lopez Sr.; maternal grandmother: Irma Fernandez; great-grandmother: Beda Hernandez Rodriguez; aunts and uncles: Noel Ivan (Dian) Lopez, Nelson Abraham Lopez, Nestor Alan Lopez, Natalie Marli (Jose Olguin) Lopez, Rolando (Monica) Lopez, Erik (Samantha) Lopez, Edlin Lopez, Griselda Lopez, Jose Fernandez, Eliza Fernandez, Vanessa (Andres) Perez, as well as numerous cousins, other relatives and a great number of Team Alyssa supporters.

Alyssa would not have it any other way but to celebrate her life by wearing her favorite colors, teal or light blue to the visitation and mass. 

The family will gather to celebrate her life on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Hillside Funerals & Cremations; 310 W. Hillside Rd., from 5 to 9 pm. Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel at 11:30 am on Saturday, November 25, 2023, to Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 9350 Amber Ave, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00 noon.
