Benjamin Sion Haber, 74 passed away peacefully on Friday, February 28, 2025, in Aurora, Colorado. He was born In Laredo, Texas, on September 2, 1950, to Sam and Anita (nee Cortez) Haber of happy memory. He was preceded In death by his parents Sam and Anita Haber.
He Is survived by his sisters: Deborah Haber and Elizabeth Haber, as well as many wonderful cousins and other relatives.
Benny loved music and played the guitar for many years. Ever the person that would put a smile on your face and always made anyone he was around comfortable. He was very religious and lived in Israel for a period of his life. Benny attended Pepperdine University and loved his 1952 MG and was a very loving brother and will be missed immensely. May his memory forever be a blessing.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at the Jewish Rest Section of the Laredo City Cemetery beginning at 12 noon on Sunday, March 9, 2025, with Rabbi Chaim Block officiating. We ask those attending to meet at the cemetery by 11:45 am for a prompt start.
