Bertha Belcher

Mrs. Bertha Durán Garrido de Belcher, 87, entered into God's Heavenly kingdom on January 3, 2024 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Billy E. Belcher; son: Edward Alonzo Belcher; her mother: Mercedes Garrido.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter-in-law: Elizabeth Belcher; grandsons: Andrew Edward Belcher and Brian Edward Belcher, nieces, nephews who survive her as well.

The family will gather on Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Rosary service will be led by Father Jose Luis Balderas at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the chapel at 9:45 am on Monday, January 8, 2024 to St. John Neumann Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am by Father Jose Luis Balderas.

Rite of Commital and Interment will follow at the City of Laredo Cemetery.
