Carlota Gamboa, 82, beloved wife, mother and grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on May 25, 2023.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Anita Martinez; 3 sons, Sergio Cesar, Pedro and Herardo Gamboa.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Juan Raul Esparza; 9 children, Daniel Gamboa, Gerardo (Maria Elena) Gamboa, Ricardo (Alejandra) Gamboa, Elizabeth Gamboa, Nora Alicia (Marcos) de la Rosa, Cynthia (Carlos R.) Neumann, Maria Teresa Gamboa, Sonia Esmeralda Esparza, and Gloria Esparza. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; several sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Rd. Laredo, TX 78041. Deacon Jerry Morales will officiate a chapel service Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Rd. Laredo, TX 78041.
Services will conclude at the chapel. A private cremation will take place at a later date.
