David Wayne Snow

David Wayne Snow, 64, of Laredo, Texas, entered the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 31, 2024. He was a devoted husband of 38 years and a loving father. 

Known for his selfless and loving personality, his ability to bring joy and laughter to everyone he encountered and his generosity that knew no bounds, he will be remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him. David took pride in working as a train conductor for the Texas Mexican Railway for many years. He found joy in rooting for his Dallas Cowboys football team, and spending countless hours outdoors, whether fishing, barbequing, or enjoying moments with his beloved dogs. 

David was a personable man who made a lasting impression on those he encountered in a way that made him unique and easy to love. Although he faced many health challenges, he never lost faith in God, who worked many miracles in his life. David did not live to share his inspiring testimony, but his family will ensure it lives on to encourage others. 

Ultimately, he treasured his family the most. He leaves his beloved wife, Marcela Snow, and their three beautiful daughters, Stacey, Stephanie, and Samantha to cherish his memory, along with his son in laws, Andy Garcia and Arturo Garza, his brother, Daniel (Diana), his sister, Katherine and numerous extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Eva Snow. 

A celebration of David’s life and faith will be at New Creation Family Church; 2409 Guerrero Street in Laredo, Texas at 7 in the evening on Friday, January 17, 2025. The family invites all who were touched by David’s life to join them in honoring his memory.
