Guadalupe Herrera Martinez, 92, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019, in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Prisciliano Martinez.Ms. Herrera is survived by her children, Prisiliano Martinez, Rosa (Rodolfo) Elizondo, Maria Teresa Martinez, Irma A. Martinez, Silvia (Horacio) Santos, Maria de Lourdes (Raul) Valdez, Juan R (Maria) Martinez. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited Friday, June 28, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home chapel.  A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at 10:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
