James Fredrick Cooper III, 62, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at home surrounded by loved ones.
Mr. Cooper is preceded in death by his parents, James Fredrick Cooper Jr. and Victoria G. Cooper; his brother, Rene Cooper; and stepmother, Carolyn J. Cooper.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Dora Cooper; his children, Angela M. Cooper, Desiree D. Cooper-Rosell (Steven), James F. (Socorro) Cooper IV, and Nicole Cooper-Barron (Juan); grandchildren, Ricardo Elizondo, Hailee Rosell, James F. Cooper V, June Cooper, and Jezebel A. Barron; siblings, Deborah Cooper, Russell Cooper, Richard, (Susan) Cooper, and Debbie (Russell) Haecker. He is also survived by in-laws, Tomas and Elfida Palacios, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A vigil for the deceased will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. at the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 8:00 A.M. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 8:30 A.M. Services will conclude at church.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
