"O Saint Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires".
James Joseph Doran, 64, entered into the eternal kingdom of Heaven on Sunday, January 5, 2025, on the Feast of the Epiphany of our Lord Jesus Christ. True to his faith, James Joseph was a proud son of the late James Joseph and Jean Russo Doran.
James was a retired member of the Department of Homeland Security-Border Patrol, having retired as a supervisor after many years of service. His service took him throughout many different stations. James was a humble, loving, caring family man, who loved his family above all. He was an avid fisherman, always looking forward to his fishing outings. His passion for his adored grandchildren was immeasurable, as they were his pride and joy. The favorite part of his grandpa duties was seeing and spending time with his 5 angels.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 25 years of marriage, Elvia Imelda Doran; his two children: Aldo Jesus Osollo Flores, Anai Osollo (Luis Martinez); grandchildren: Erick Palomo, Kattaleyah Martinez, Romeo Martinez, Kaleb Martinez, Aaliyah Martinez; siblings: Eddie Doran (Bernadette), Patricia Pace (Harry), Debra Palasieski (Joseph), Jean Monaco (Richard), godson & nephew: Joseph Georgeson, nephew: Edward Doran as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
