Mr. Jose De La Rosa, 96, entered into eternal rest on August 4, 2023 by his surrounding loving family. He was born in Mexico on April 18, 1927, the son of Isaac De La Rosa and Rosa De La Rosa. His memory will never be forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Bertha E. De La Rosa, and his sons: Aurelio De La Rosa and Fermin De La Rosa.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his children: Rosa M. (Guillermo) Olivares, Bertha (Hector) Liendo, Juan (Amelia) De La Rosa, Jose A. (Adriana) De La Rosa, and Irene (David) De La Rosa-Lopez as well as his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many family and friends.

The family will gather on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 8:30 am at San Luis Rey Catholic Church for the recitation of the Holy Rosary for the repose of his soul.

A funeral mass will follow immediately after the rosary at 9 am.

Graveside and Interment will follow the mass at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
