Juan Francisco Ramos, born February 23, 1968 was the son of Tito Ramos Sr. and Maria Luisa Ramos. He departed this earthly life and was welcomed into heaven by his parents and brother, Luis.
He is survived by his two children: Louis and Jovana Ramos and their mother, Susana Huerta, as well as his brothers, Tito Jr. (Aileen), Antonio (Brandy), nephew, Miguel, niece, Isabel and extended family.
He attended Nixon High School (86') and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southwest Texas State University and went on to work in the finance industry and later in public service with the City of Laredo and the Alamo Area Council of Government.
He was always passionate about sports, especially college football, always rooting for the UT Longhorns. He loved telling funny stories and teaching his kids all kinds of things, from how to smoke the perfect brisket to making fresh whipped cream.
He learned his faith from his parents and instilled those values in his children.
He never met a stranger, making friends that lasted a lifetime. He was a loyal man who never hesitated to show up for a friend or family member in need. You could always find him in the kitchen or working on his car. He is remembered as being funny and witty.
Juan Francisco will be missed but not forgotten and forever cherished in the hearts and minds of the loving family he left behind. Always loved, forever missed.
