Julio Cesar, 56, passed away on April 10, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. Julio César was born in Alamo, Veracruz, Mexico to María Elvira. In his early years he moved from Veracruz to San Luis Potosi and eventually at 12 years old to Laredo, Texas where he spent most of his life. Julio Cesar attended JW Nixon High School where he was loved and admired by many friends who were still in contact with him until the day of his passing. Julio César had three daughters who loved him very much and supported him through his sickness. Julio César loved to spend time with friends and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. Julio César is preceded in death by his parents Maria Elvira and David Balderas, and his brother Marco Flores. Julio César is survived by his daughters Jennifer (spouse Yadira), Samantha (spouse Juan and grandchild Jacob), and Pricilla (spouse Mario grandchildren Carlos and soon to be here Adelen). He is also survived by his sisters Laura, Norma, and Vicky and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and an even larger extended family within his community Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Julio César are invited to attend his memorial service at Hillside Funeral Home, 310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041. A memorial service will be held at 11am while visitation will be from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, April 15, 2018 to reminisce, support, mourn, and of course just chat. Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to bring a printed picture of Julio César to post on a memorial board and help our family know him better through your memories.
