Mrs. Manuela Herlinda Peña, 89, entered into the arms of her Heavenly Father on March 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving and caring family. A woman of great faith that has now completed her earthly pilgrimage and returned to the house of the Father, will forever be cherished in our hearts.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Jesus Peña; parents: Simon and Marcela Badillo Reyes; son: Juan Manuel Peña; siblings: Natividad Reyes, Maria Elena Reyes, Serafin Reyes.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Jesus (Emma Ponce) Peña Jr., Ana (Mauricio) Maya; daughter-in-law: Socorro Peña; grandchildren: Maurizio Rex Maya, Tanya Lizette Maya (Jesus Alexandro Santos), Jazzabel Alexus Maya, Rodolfo Maya, Griselda Maya, Juan Manuel Peña Jr. (Jennifer), Belinda Peña (Conjotee Chuleewah), Michael Peña, Michelle Peña, Yvette Peña, Jesus Antonio Peña, Daniel Peña, Anna Nicole Peña; great-grandson: Desmond Itzae Peña; siblings: Yolanda (Luis Sanchez Lopez) Reyes de Sanchez, Lilia Reyes de Peña, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences from 8 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Road, where a Prayer Service will commence at 10:30 am with Pastor Oscar Garcia.

Procession will form and depart the chapel at 11:45 am to the family plot at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for the Interment.

Pallbearers will be: Mauricio Maya, Juan Maya, Jesus Peña Jr., Michael Peña, Juan Manuel Peña Jr., Daniel Peña, Jesus Antonio Peña, and Rodolfo Maya.
