Mario Velasquez

Mr. Mario Velasquez, 47, was called home to be with the Lord on November 5, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 24, 1977, the son of Vidal and Genoveva Velasquez, who survive him.

He is preceded in death by his brother: David Velasquez.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents; siblings: Vidal (Elizabeth) Velasquez Jr., Ruben (Pamela) Velasquez, Oscar (Christine) Velasquez, Monica Yvette Velasquez; his fiance: Malaikah Mullins; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. The procession will depart the chapel at 10:50 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
