Martin Raul Pedraza

Martin Raul Pedraza, 90, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Pedraza is preceded in death by his parents, Baltazar and Antonia Pedraza; son, Jose (Natalia+) Layton; siblings, Vicenta (Jacobo) Salazar and Leonor (Juan) Salazar; and his first wife, Clara Pedraza.

He is survived by his wife, Noemi Pedraza; children, Norma Meza, Martin Pedraza Jr., Veronica (Rick+) Avila; step children, Marie L. (Gerardo) Gamboa, Isabel Layton (Rene Rodriguez), Martha (Miguel) Luna, Benigno (Martha) Layton III, and Jesus (Laura) Layton. Mr. Pedraza is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A prayer service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A chapel service will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home chapel. A formal procession will depart at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
