God has called our beloved Paulino Rodriguez to His presence at the age of 65 on Friday, April 4, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. He was surrounded by his family, whose faith will sustain them during these difficult times. Paulino was born on March 26, 1960, in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Paulino was a warrior for God and maintained that faith throughout his illness. Paulino was dedicated to selling funeral plans for the future with the Gámez and Hillside Funeral Homes, underwritten by Texas Life Service Insurance Company.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Elvia Lobo de Rodriguez, and his father, José Rodriguez Solís; brothers and sisters: Elvia Benita Rodriguez, María Dolores Rodriguez, Rosa María Rodriguez, and José Ventura Rodriguez.

He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Rodriguez; son, Allan Rodriguez and his beloved niece that he cherished like a daughter, Monica Lizeth Reyes; Brothers and sisters: Emilio Rodriguez Lobo, Diana Laura Rodriguez Lobo, Teresita Rodriguez Lobo; as well as a large number of family members and friends.

Condolences will be accepted on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Home, 310 W Hillside Rd.

A Prayer, Memorial, and Fellowship service will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Loma Alta Church, 620 E. Lyon.

Cremation will take place at a later date.

Dios se dignó llamar a su presencia a nuestro querido Paulino Rodriguez a la edad de 65 años el día viernes 4 de abril del 2025, en la Ciudad de Laredo, Texas. Él estuvo rodeado por su familia cuya fe les sostendrá durante estos momentos difíciles. Paulino nació el 26 de marzo de 1960 en Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, México. Paulino fue un guerrero de Dios y mantuvo esa fe durante su enfermedad. Paulino se dedicaba a la venta de planes funerarios al futuro con la Funeraria Gámez y Hillside por parte de Texas Servicio Life.

Le sobreviven su esposa: Guadalupe Rodriguez; hijo: Allan Rodriguez y su sobrina que el amaba como su hija, Monica Lizeth Reyes; hermanos y hermanas: Emilio Rodriguez Lobo, Diana Laura Rodriguez Lobo, Teresita Rodriguez Lobo; al igual que un gran numero de familiares y amigos.

Se recibe el pésame el domingo 6 de abril del 2025 desde las 2 de la tarde hasta las 5 de la tarde. Se ofrecerá un servicio a las 3 de la tarde en la Funeraria Hillside; 310 W Hillside Rd.

El Culto de Oración y Memorial y Convivio se celebra a las 6 de la tarde en la Iglesia Loma Alta 620 E Lyon.

El servicio de cremación tomará lugar en una fecha pendiente.
