Ramiro Peña

Ramiro Peña, 77, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at home surrounded by loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Faustino and Amalia Peña; and brothers, Rolando and Rogelio Peña.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 55 years, Arabella M. Peña; children, Ramiro Peña, Jr. and Alma Patricia Peña; grandchildren, Victorriah Y. Guerrero and Rolando Lopez, Jr. Mr. Peña is also survived by his siblings, Irma Cabico, Emma Rodriguez, Irene Hall, Faustino Peña, Jr., numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

His family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Daniel Tamez, Dr. Mohsen Ghadimi-Mahani, and Dr. Peter Ngo, as well as the nurses and CNAs of Altus Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.

A Vigil for the deceased will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 P.M.

A funeral service will depart from Hillside Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 10:45 A.M. to St. John Neumann Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will follow to the family plot at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
