Rosalina H. Alvarado, 89, entered into God's presence on the Feast Day of St. Patrick. She left this world in peace and is now free from all illness.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Rosalio and Maria Victoriana Herrera; siblings: Pedro S. (Gloria P.) Herrera, Emilio (Carmen) Herrera, Norberto (Alicia) Herrera, Vicenta (Renato) Santos, Hilaria (Tito) Soto; parents-in-law: Doroteo and Francisca Alvarado; brother-in-law: Juan Alvarado.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband: Ramon Alvarado; children: Ramon (Esmeralda) Alvarado Jr., Rene Alvarado, Rosa Vela, Jackie Alvarez, and Jesus (Maria Lara) Alvarado; grandchildren: Ramon Alvarado III, John Anthony Alvarado, Jose Alvarado, Eliza Alvarado, Rene Alvarado Jr., Samantha Alvarado, Daniel Alvarado, Amanda Alvarado, Judith Vela, Andrew Vela, Jaclyn Alvarez, Jennifer Alvarez, Jesse (Sophia) Alvarado Jr., Erick Alvarado; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings: Celestino (Guadalupe) Herrera, Juanita (Antonio) Colunga, Hortencia Herrera; sisters-in-law: Julia Alvarado, Maria Guadalupe (Ernesto Sr.) Garcia, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.
The funeral procession will depart the chapel at 8:50 am pm, on Friday, March 22, 2024, to St. Joseph Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
