Severa Macias, 75, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Macias is preceded in death by her father Paulo Castro; sisters, Socorro Ramirez, and Eliza Sepulveda. She is survived by her mother, Maria del Jesus S. Castro; husband, Alberto Macias; children, Alberto (Edna) Macias, Reynaldo Macias, David (Julie) Macias, Javier Macias, Rodolfo (Irene) Macias, Nydia (Anthony) Davis, Lydia Araceli (Alberto) Cardenas; siblings, Rosa (Miguel) Avila, Maria del Jesus Castro, Tomas (Socorro) Castro, Hector Castro, Pablo (Reyna) Castro, Juan (Eva) Castro. Mrs. Macias is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 8:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
