Soledad G. Lozano

Mrs. Soledad G. Lozano, 93, entered into God's peace on October 7, 2023 in Laredo, Texas at a local hospital. She was born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico on April 18, 1930.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Jose Maria Feliciano Lozano; parents: Enrique and Francisca Peralta; siblings: Blanca Irma Gonzalez, Isela Treviño, Raul Orozco, Antonio Orozco, and Leonor Orozco.

Surviving her are her children: Lorenia (Alfredo +) Torres, Lizette Lozano, Jose Enrique (Dinorah) Lozano, Lorna (Jose) Hernandez, Luz Maria (Sergio) Treviño, Luis Gerardo Lozano; grandchildren: Jose Alfredo, Jesus Armando (Chelsea), and Luis Enrique Torres, Enrique Alejandro, Diana Paola, and Carlos Alberto Lozano, Erik Alonzo (Gabriela), Eduardo Antonio (Stephanie), and Elizabeth Aleyda Hernandez, Marianna Lizette, Alicia Angela, and Ellese Aydee Treviño, Luis Gerardo, and Christopher Louis Lozano; great-grandchildren: Sebastian Garcia, Luke Hernandez, and Michael Hernandez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank Dr. Ralph Nimchan for his compassionate care.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm with a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary to be offered at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the chapel at 8:20 am on Thursday, October 12, 2023 to San Agustin Cathedral, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
